A weekly offering of nourishing meals cooked in my kitchen for yours.

Each week, I prepare a small rotating menu built around what’s best at the farmers market — organic vegetables, grass-fed, pasture-raised, and sustainable meats and seafood. The meals are simple, balanced, and designed to support a busy week without sacrificing good food.

Everything is cooked from scratch and arrives ready to reheat. Choose individual meals or family trays depending on what your week looks like.

Ordering closes at Tuesday at 10 pm for Thursday delivery only.

Note: Monday delivery is paused for now. I'm opening up more of my time to 1:1 custom meal prep, private chef work, and nutrition coaching, and I'd love for you to be part of that.
